Are you referring to linking your Gamertag to the Call of Duty Profile? It may be easier to use your PC's web browser to access the website and link your Gamertag to the Call of Duty account. Then once you've linked your account, you should be able to log into the Call of Duty mobile. Let me know if that helps!
