Re: There is absolutely no excuse

Well you look at it this way.

Back in MW2 they didnt care either. They allowed hacks in that game to run for two whole years until IW started making MW3. I mean I know they started making MW3 a LOT earlier than when they released the MW2 patch. Only reason they released the MW2 patch (in May I beleive WAY after the release of Black Ops 1). Only real reason they released that patch was to appease the people suffering from the complaints of MW2 and make it so they would pre-order MW3.

The above might not be the entirely true reason why they did it but it seems plausible. Now they have multiple things going on at once. The 360 version being hacked left and right and the ONE version just recently coming out. Now no doubt about it they have a problem. What does a corporation due when there is a problem ? They look at the bottom line.

"How can we fix this and not lose any more money off of it ". They say to themselves. So they take a few people here and a few people there and place just enough programmers that they can afford to lose working on the "newer things" like the DLC and other future items. They cannot lose the chance to sell their DLC in the future because they NEED to meet deadlines with that too or pay substantial penalties to MS. (etc)

When you buy EVERY game out there you are buying it from a corporation, and when some people get it in their head that a corporations job is to make money they will understand things a lot better. That is why they are there.

You think Toyota cared about those people who died in the car crashes when their cars went out of control ? No they didnt. They just looked in their books and made the best decision they could to prevent them from losing too much money.

People just need to get beyond this "IW is the greatest" and "Treyarch is the greatest" thing and just get on with their lives. Right now IW has fallen into the same exact thing that Toyota has fallen into and the sooner you realize that all they care and EVER cared about is the money they make the sooner you will get over this issue.

You already bought the game and there are problems with it. Some people will decide not to get this game anymore for Xmas and maybe even decide to not buy an Xbox ONE either. Even if this game were to flop and die tomorrow and Activision shuts down its doors the world is still going to keep on spinning without them.

You want good customer service then go with a company you feel is giving you good service. But when they have their failures dont act like they havent had problems before.

I understand complaining when you arent getting good service but why KEEP complaining day after day, week after week, month after month. Its counter productive and you cant get on with your life that way. There is no excuse to letting it get to you over and over again.

Sorry for poor wording. My brain isnt what it used to be.
