I really wanted some perks, but I had to wait to unlock them at level 30 or 50 or whatever. But I just realized you can just spend your squad points and get them early. You don't have to wait to reach that level requirement if you buy the perk. Hope this helps anyone that may have been bumming about those perks they didn't want to wait for.
