Hey dw999,
Can you try using your disc on another console or another disc on your console? Just to be certain, can you check the disc for any scratches or smudges? Can you do the same for disc 2? Have you checked the Call of Duty Ghosts game folder on your harddrive for any corrupted data? Also, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game?
