Sorry, but it doesn't seem you can read properly, so to clarify, the information I posted was taken from NextGenUpdate which came up in a Google search for assault/support killstreak hacks. You should view the link I posted to better educate yourself if you disagree with my post and what cheats or tools I stated were available.
Regarding sending out a mass ecm, I think you have been playing too much Payday 2. Wake up to the real world.
