The Xbone uses the same ports as the 360 but Ghosts on the Xbone uses port 3075 rather than port 3074. To be safe, forward 3074, 3075, and 3076. They like to change it from 3075 to 3076 or vise/versa every patch. The protocol is also the same as 360 Ghosts, which I believe is UDP for port 3074/3075/3076.
