Yes, at one point in time finishing with all 5 relics netted you double the escape bonus. This increase in escape bonus begin after one of the patches/updates was done. I haven't ran 5 relics for a little over 2 weeks, so I don't know if it is still that way. I am going to run all 5 relics right now and see if this spreadsheet is still correct and get back with you.
