First they did an investigation to remove players and now they say players profiles got corrupted. They must have corrupted the profiles after they deleted them. I wish I knew all the facts. All I know is someone(s) made a bad mistake. Learning lesson to all- Don't get too high on the leaderboards. Play more zoo tycoon.
