To my knowledge you can only get 5 perks max. You first buy 4 perks, you can buy them from the actual Perk Cola machines or random perk machine. Then you have to earn the "Token" from doing challenges (Im not sure which challenge) but you redeem your token at the Chest (Spawn) and you get Double Tap. So dont grab Double Tap from the random perk machine, as you get it free.
