Yes there does seem to be a bit of a rise in threads stating stat resets for no reason. Along with a few other issues like camos disappearing, the mobile app not working, the 'out of memory 12' issue. The common thread in all this is computers. We place a lot of faith in computers, but they are mass produced and there is chance for them to fail or become corrupted or getting hacked, power failures, etc. I am not offering a reason for the recent rash of issues, I am just suggesting that things can happen beyond customer service and Activision's control and you have to go through CS to have them recognized and fixed and when you realize the size of the number of players and the amount of issues it will take time to address these issues. Not much help, but here is to hope, it will get fixed.
