Yes there does seem to be a bit of a rise in threads stating stat resets for no reason. Along with a few other issues like camos disappearing, the mobile app not working, the 'out of memory 12' issue....

As far as I'm aware I think you have to remain in the clan to keep the unlocks, I have had this happen to me on multiple occasions so I just naturally assume that's how it goes

Have you tried cleaning the game disk? Use an eye glasses "cloth" or tablet "cloth." If you don't have one of those use an old tie.
